Veteran trial lawyer joins to expand firm’s depth in complex litigation defense
BALTIMORE – October 1, 2025. Waranch & Brown, LLC, one of the top litigation defense
firms in Maryland, is pleased to announce the hiring of Robert H. Bouse as Of Counsel, effective
immediately.

Mr. Bouse is regularly called on to defend clients in high stakes litigation, including medical
malpractice, products liability, nursing home litigation, severe personal injury claims, and
insurance coverage litigation. His courtroom experience includes over 350 jury trials, along with
numerous cases argued before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, the Maryland Court of
Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Bouse regularly
appears before the Maryland Board of Physicians and Board of Nursing concerning professional
licensure matters.
Prior to joining Waranch & Brown as Of Counsel, Mr. Bouse was an equity partner at a highly
regarded Baltimore firm, where he represented a variety of health care provider clients and
insurers, as well as the Archdiocese of Baltimore.
Mr. Bouse received his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. Prior to law
school, Mr. Bouse earned his undergraduate degree from St. Vincent’s College.
