Attorney Taylor Deer

Taylor Deer is a trial attorney and associate at Waranch & Brown, LLC. Ms. Deer is gaining considerable experience defending medical malpractice cases, as well as representing health care providers in professional licensing matters.

Prior to joining Waranch & Brown, Ms. Deer practiced in the area of estate planning, guardianship and probate law. In addition, Ms. Deer served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Julie L. Glass on the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland.

Ms. Deer received her law degree, graduating Cum Laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in May of 2020. There she served as the Student Bar Association Secretary and President of Phi Alpha Delta. Ms. Deer gained considerable experience during her law student career as a Research Assistant, a Hospital In-House Counsel Intern, a Law Clerk Practicing Elder Law and Guardianships, and a Legal Intern at a Medical Malpractice Plaintiff’s Firm. Prior to graduating, Ms. Deer received the Student of Merit Award.

Ms. Deer obtained a bachelor’s degree in Television Journalism with a minor in Business Administration from West Virginia University.

Ms. Deer is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Maryland Defense Counsel, and the MD-DC Society for Healthcare Risk Management.
