Raquel J. Hyatt is a trial attorney and an associate at Waranch & Brown, LLC. Ms. Hyatt is gaining considerable experience defending medical malpractice cases and representing health care providers in professional licensing matters.
Prior to joining Waranch & Brown, Ms. Hyatt served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Cahill, Jr., on the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, where she worked on civil and criminal matters.
Ms. Hyatt earned her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, she served on the Executive Board as Resource Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum journal. During law school, Ms. Hyatt worked as a Law Clerk at two different litigation firms, handling complex medical malpractice, catastrophic injury and personal injury matters.
Prior to law school, Ms. Hyatt obtained her undergraduate degree from James Madison University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Theatre.
Ms. Hyatt is licensed to practice law in Maryland.
